Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date by emailing hello@nesthelm.com from the email address used to make the purchase. This is a digital service; no physical return is required.
To request a refund, email hello@nesthelm.com from the email address used to make the purchase. Include your purchase confirmation or transaction reference. We will process your refund and revoke plan access at the time the refund is initiated. No physical return is required.
After receiving your refund request, we will process your refund . Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your refund request to process your refund . Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

● Plan access is revoked at the time the refund is processed. The plan URL becomes inaccessible immediately upon refund processing.
● nesthelm is a one-time $49 purchase. There is no monthly subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge.
● To request a refund within the 30-day window, email hello@nesthelm.com from the email address used to make the purchase. Include the purchase confirmation or transaction reference.
● If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer before contacting nesthelm, the refund process is automatically void and your account may be subject to termination. We honor all valid refund requests within the 30-day window; there is no advantage to a chargeback over a direct refund.
● After 30 days from the date of purchase, the $49 fee is non-refundable. There are no additional charges; access to your plan persists for as long as we host the service.
